CAMBRIDGE
omg!! arrived at Girton college .. cambridge already so cool¬!
The area is like really rustic got a kinda harry potter kinda feel to it.. Like there are courtyards and gardens.. all brilliant and spectacular..
Haha.. anyway got briefly introduced to the program today.. brought around.. got lost and all.. went to cambridge town for a short walk.. ITS THE LAST DAY OF SUMMER SALE LA.
Then they told us to hurry! just bringing us a round topman.. shirts 2 for 10 pound.. FCUK on like 75% discount and other fab brands on 70% OMG i feel like killing someone now..
But anyway.. Cambridge is kinda coool.. spent the day slacking around lying in the gardens with jiahui and gang.. haha and spreading scandal news to her friends .. about weikang etc etc...
Anyway as we were lying there got like ppl singing at one side practising for some romeo and juliet play.. omg la like so got the academic feel can.. its like theres that atmosphere of sophistication and actual brilliance in terms of IQ.. as compared to a certain heat wave prone school in the middle of some monsoon drains.. that feels like they microwave their students alive..
Anyway!! ill get the photos up and running as soon as they load my laptop with their internet access.. using their school computers now .. damn fast like 3.4 GHz , 1024 ram.. and seriously 100MBPS internet connection speed.. everything is loading on click can u imagine?!
anyway have fun at school 30/06 and the rest of u poor souls stuck in singapore! =P haha!

woo! haha i went to kbox today with guanjing after sch.. yarla suppose to go gym as usual.. but .. dunno why diverted to kbox.. madness can 2 of us sang for 4 hours.. ugh... *my jaw feels tired*
Schools been pretty boring and crappy lately.. haha my life seems to be getting more and more meaningless.. i always wonder whenever i look into the sky what is it i want to do with my life.. haha sometimes dreams can seem to be so unworthy. Not just me bring unworthy of my dreams.. but perhaps those dream in contain values which bear little importance in doing something good but rather steer one towards capitalism.. haha i question education .. its structure and thus limitations.. if left in an open enviroemtn where nothing said is put down by teachers etc what would everyone be today?
Anyway i started packing for my cambridge trip.. haha i am kinda contemplating if i shoul dbring my laptop or not.. i scared i leave in hostel get stolen.. then again.. my bag will be in hostel what if they steal my clothes omg how horrible =x .. Anyway as i was packing found lots of unworn branded stuff tucked away dunno what to say hah =o.
I'll probably miss everyone back in Singapore.. except my family i think i need time away! haha =x
Anyawy the plan when i am at cambridge apart from learning is to just take time to stare into the sky.. at my surroundings.. and as i deem it BREATHE like never before =) ( Not talking about the pollution in london.. i am in cambridge! )

ZPOP
omg!! i went for ZPOP concert last night !! =)
It was funn!! Lets see first up there was fish leong.. i guess she was the highlight for me la.. haha lurve her songs!! *Sing along* Hhaha i got a KTV craving now
Then.. there was zhang xing zhe.. whoever that is.. then harlem yu.. haha which sang some pretty old songs.. which i knew.. pretty old being a few years ago.. like chun ni etc..
Last but not least there was jolin haha quite hot la.. but damn act cute! when she hop around the wave also got heart shape wth! But her dances were pretty hot.. but omg omg so act cute.. lol.. look so bimbotic!
Anyway been pretty busy in school and all.. ( whats new ) Du shi mei - Charmaine - Pyong - Hot Chick and Samantha are in xiamen now for their choir competition!! haha not too envious of them .. heard last badge got to go to Prague.. haha so different hor! Anyway good look to them!!
It will be my turn to fly on Friday can't wait.. meanwhile need to get my parents to sign progress report urgh..

Looking at the world from the bottom of a well
hmm..been pretty busy lately heh.. went out with 30+14/06ers to kbox on saturday haha got pretty high!!! it wassss so fun!! I forgot my camera.. so no pics yeh..
I wanna go kboxing again! so ring me up if anyone wants to go ya?
Anyway..the week has really been taking its toll on me soo tired.. i slept 14 hours today...
Oh well schools school i guess..
I had brunch at Hilton hotel today =).. Lobster was good... the dessert too mm fondue! and ooh salmon sashimi..haha and loads of stuff...
*Sigh* i feel a sudden need to sit and gaze at the stars.. how random right?
Oh..Quarrelled with my mom .. like whatever shes hypocritical anyway.
Haha being bored at home..makes me wonder where my life will lead me at the end of the day..
ahh so random!!

Dinnneeer + Shoppingg
heh life is goooood..
Went to akashi at paragon for dinner..m god gotta love japanese cuisine..
had a set.. some cold soba and sushi..
but the main attraction had to be the bamboo clams with bean paste and cheese .. godly i swear!
after that went to bravatissimo ( however u spell it ) and ate some hazelnut chocolate gelato yummy!

Anyway the main achievement of the day was how i walked into armani exchange with my mom and bought a pair of jeans.. like zomg...

Hospitalish~
lol ... school was crappy as usual.. after school we went shopping to get a certain someone in class their present for their upcoming birthday.. haha can't let the cat out of the bag first...
Then we went to far east flora to get flowers for Kheng Lim.. whose in hospital now at mouth alvernia.. so poor thing hor haha! Like damn sad can he hahaha

And so school reopens...
haha its been pretty fun these few days to finally be back at school and see my friends.. though i really think i need to put some drive into studying..
Anyway yesterday .. before cca went with 30/06ers to have MOS BURGER at J8 haha.

Well.. today.. being the school holiday for polling day and all we went for lunch then bowled.. and dropped in on bdae/sick kheng lim haha.. though the thought was pretty sweet i think he seemed kinda scared or something la haha! Like shocked we actually went.. Haha i feel the class slowly drifting apart ..class is no longer as it used to be ba.. like 14/06 perhaps. Perhaps in school.. peoples reactions and actions are a mere veneer of their inner-self haha.

Inspiration ...
U know at times.. you get a sudden gush of inspiration.. and you seem to be sky high thinking about your own expectations of yourself.. haha i think i got got hit by one of those..
As i was thinking about what to do on my trip to cambridge..and looking through the website of Girton college..it occured to me.
I want to do well for my A Exams and trutly get into a University i really want to get into.. most probaby overseas. Haha envisioned with University.. is the experiance.. the culture of someplace else.. away from Singapore. Whilst having a great times abroad ...finally for the very first time have a thirst for knowledge.. Perhaps i actually know what i want to study in University.. or maybe i don't. But i need a purpose in life..
Perhaps in a bit to develop myself .. interms of maturity and the "ideal" me ha.. Someone who sees his own flaws as well as strengths .. one who does not sucumb to pressure .. both relying on wit and experiance. With an air of confidence... a more refined person..yaya
But anyway ...
I don't about other people..
But often when i think of some of the things i want.. Apart from the vibrant city dwelling.. I often envsion endless green meadows around a chilly lake.. The warm surroundings often cooled by the breeze coming from the lake.. As i lie down staring at the sky .. perhaps lost in thought or admiring the beauty of nature . Maybe even sitting down on a bench in the midst of a quiet serene garden surrounded by gothic architecture just dreaming..
Haiyo .. all these sound so awfuly cheesy right.. but i think i am quite lost in thought..lol
So anyway before i forget.. here are some goals i think i should set..
1 ) Study hard.. work towards University!
2 ) Enjoy every moment of life.. stay positive! Mother nature included [ though often when i picture this scene i swear i am not in Singapore .. ]
3 ) try to follow through with stuff... this included..
4 ) Read more! I think i've been suffering from a serious mental block..
5 ) Be more confident! =o
6 ) Be more self-aware in certain aspects..
7 ) Breathe deeper! Smile! =)
8 ) place a lil more interlectual thought into issues at time.. i find myself air-headed haha
Anyway .. some stuff i wanna do when i am on my 2 week trip.. Get some time alone.. enjoy the atmosphere.. visit Bath , Lake District ... Perhaps exercise a bit over there .. ( heard they have an indoor pool and gym hah! ) . And hopefully make new friends ! =)

lol today so hiong la.. school reopen officially .. after school only went to khatib to chiong gym.. haha maoying forgot her t-shirt left in school wear school u + shorts to do gym look abit funny.. machiam some super career women wahaha..
Anyway theres this interesting gossip about someone declaring Julia from 30/06 as that persons "Qin Ai De" ( dear love ) .. haha.. I see bliss all over Julia's face! Maybe shes actually cringing though LOL! damn funny la wahahaha
I should try to keep up my gym going keke =).

Failure to shop!
haha what the hell sia.. went out with mel julia and piong today la..
PIONG WAS WAY LIKE 2 hours late or something.. mel was like 30 mins late.. duhhh
Anyway .. as we walked along orchad road visiting branded shops and all.. haha.. some slipper at taka at some sports shop caught my eye la.. but no size wth lor.. then i went to crumpler and drool at the folder i wanted to buy .. lol i am really considering buying it but cant decide can how how u tell me?
Anyway we stopped for tea and project shop bro cafe.. had some bread chips with dips and some apple mango crumble..which was very sweet but i guess it was somewhat good.. lol
OK LA I AM FEELING DAMN DEPRESSED I BOUGHT NOTHING I CONFESS... haiz
i nearly got myself mika nakashimas best collection.. but i already have all the songs elsewhere so wth la.
well at least took some neoprints

Partyyyyy!! W00T
Yesterday was just madness.. haha first we had a BBQ at my house from around 5pm to 10pm.. the girls ( Maoying , Peiyong , Chonghui ) and guys ( Me & XX ) .. haha we played a few rounds of mahjong before the whole lot of sis friends and cousins came and all.. FOOOD was good haha.. =o was quite fun really..
Well the main event was later on we met up with guan jing and went to couple of bars to get drinks and watch the 2 soccer matches that night.. man brazil vs france was SUCH a letdown... sian can? ANYWAY DOO NOT i repeat DO NOT trust guan jings sense of direction boay quay does not = to clarke quay ok? Haha we shared a mug of beer first.. then later on i got myself some white wine =d .. anyway i uploaded the photos already so go check it out can? Didn't take photos at the 2nd bar stop coz chonghui had these really huge panda looking eyes wahaha.
