AJC council is SCREWED and i do mean from top to bottom
I am super angry! so heres a breakdown of what happened..
I registed to be a OGL ( Orientation group leader ) during the last month of the school term like in nov or oct.. And i had to attend some interview in which they said i would need to attend training if i was not present. So i was like ok..
So i checked the notice board on monday it said results would be out on like tues.. and then on tues it said weds and weds thurs and fri nothing was there still.
So anyway without ANYONE and i do mean ANYONE informing me till the very last min like a few days away i was going to be a OGL. So i took leave from work and all..telling the person via sms i wouldnt make it for 2 out of 3 days of the orientation camp.. ( she told me to bring $6 i said i wont be ard all days she said bring $6 anyway )
Then the training came..and i went..for the first day taking leave from the most reputable financial firm..forgoing a days pay AND experiance.. Then i fly off to hong kong ( this was like 2 weeks ago )
Then today i figured my friend told me theres a refresher in a week. So i SMSed the bloody council bitch and she tells me the teachers decided to take me out. So they decide to remove me WITHOUT infoming me CLAIMING going overseas is not a valid reason. I sort of quit my job since i thought next week i would have camp and xmas is around the corner..so like 2 or 3 days of work..might as well leave and now i know this.
So basically what they have done is make decisions at the expense of a VOLUNTEER.
Tomorrow i swear i am going to give a calll to the wonderful teacher-in-charge and give him/her/it a bloody piece of my mind. I am going to demand they give me a FORMAL apology letter and hell reimburst my fucking pay.
You do not make decisions without informing people prior to that. Provide misleading information through the student leaders and pretend no shit has happened.
